As a Real Estate Transaction Advisor, you are an organized and diligent agent who’s committed to seeing deals through to the close. This is an opportunity to work with a dynamic team on a high volume of transactions with no lead generation. Your knowledge of the buying process, commitment to learning the nuances of various states’ contracts and focus on building internal and external relationships will make you successful. Responsibilities:
Personally manage a high volume of fast-moving transactions in an organized, professional, and friendly manner
You are open to non-conventional hours (home selling happens mornings, nights, and weekends)
Act as the main point of contact to buyers agents and facilitate the home purchasing process beginning at home inquiries and tours and ending at closing day
Manage received offers from interested parties and assist management in negotiating optimal contract value on those homes
Maintain documentation in the MLS and the CRM with accuracy and attention to detail
Provide support and documentation on all related matters for the properties
Work closely with sales operations, field operations and product to rapidly build better process, tools and metrics
What you’ll need to have:
Ability to manage and coordinate multiple concurrent transactions. You like being in a fast paced environment, speaking with agents on the phone and making deals happen
Comfortable with technology and open to learning new sales processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
3+ years of experience as a licensed Real Estate Agent or Transaction Coordinator
Active Real Estate License in either Texas, Florida, North Carolina, Tennessee, or Georgia

This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
Travel around the metro area will be required.
Days of work are Monday through Friday, however, occasional evening and weekend hours may be required as job duties demand.
