You’re always curious and eager to learn more, making you the ideal subject matter expert that Invicti’s customers want to partner with to accelerate their growth and success with our solutions.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Mastering subject matter expertise for enterprise customers within Invicti’s web application security program 
  • Assisting customers on technical initiatives and providing consultancy for technical and commercial errors within Invicti DAST tools and services (i.e. Netsparker Enterprise and Acunetix 360)
  • Recommending Invicti solutions based on customer needs Providing coordination for Technical Support, Service, and Customer Success Team
  • Offering constructive feedback on product improvements to Invicti’s Product Team
  • Communicating prompt and accurate insight into project statuses to and for Invicti’s customers base
  • Maintaining proper records of customer technical issues and resolutions

 

What You'll Need:

  • 2-3+ years of experience within a customer-facing technical role 
  • An ability to understand customers’ needs and suggest timely solutions
  • A proactive, analytical, and collaborative mentality
  • Hands-on experience managing security in the software development lifecycle a plus
  • Advanced knowledge concerning CI/CD practices and tools (i.e. Gitlab CI, TeamCity, or Jenkins) a plus
  • Prior experience with vulnerability management and risk management efforts are preferred
  • Proficient technical background working with IT or cybersecurity teams
  • Experience with web application security penetration testing preferred

 This is an onsite position based out of our Austin, Texas office. We prefer hands on collaboration, so this position is not available for remote workers.
