Core responsibilities:

  • Coordinate IT and Software security consulting projects including staffing, scheduling, client communication
  • Manage project kickoff via pre-flight checklists and other tools
  • Proactively escalate any delays or project risks
  • Validate working access to client environment, gather any asset locations, credentials, etc. within appropriate SLAs
  • Attend planning calls, scheduling calls, and other client / internal meetings to ensure all teams are aligned and organized
  • Keep teams on track and underlying data accurate from the time a contract is signed until the engagement is completed
  • Support Practice Managers, Practice Directors, and other client-facing teams as needed to ensure action items are executed precisely and quickly
  • Enter accurate data into MavenLink system regarding project schedule, budget, type, and staffing

Desired qualifications:

  • Information security experience
  • Consulting engagement experience

Additional +1 qualifications:

  • PMP / Scrum Master
