Position Summary:

This position is for a Finance Business Systems Analyst in Oracle E-Business Suite.

The Business Systems Analyst is required for learning, supporting and enhancing Oracle EBS modules such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Oracle Projects, EBTax and Approvals Management.

The Business Support Analyst is responsible for working closely with the business teams at various TTM Locations to triage support tickets and resolve issues in a timely fashion. Daily interaction is required with end-users to support standard solutions. This position will work closely with senior business systems analysts, developers and database administrators on various Oracle Applications projects, and be the main functional software support for end users.

Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelors/Masters in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Business Management, or related field.

  • Ability to coordinate tasks amongst a small team and negotiate solutions across functions.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience with Oracle EBS or other ERP systems.
  • Some level of knowledge in SQL and Oracle EBS applications.
  • Experience working in cross-functional projects.
  • Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide timely resolutions to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide effective solutions.
  • Write and maintain documentations to ensure accurate resources are shared; document requirements, testing, changes, and corrections to facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • Conduct user training sessions to educate users on new processes and system functionalities.
  • Manage multiple support tickets and projects concurrently and deliver high quality results.
  • Assist in the support and ongoing enhancement of the Oracle E-Business Suite.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated interest in learning about business systems and supply chain processes.
  • Demonstrate a self-starter attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to take on new challenges with a positive and proactive approach.
  • Travel may be required to support implementation projects go live, generally less than 10%. #LI-EC1

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of  Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
