The HCM Solution Architect will lead HCM implementations, optimize HR solutions, consult clients, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with teams.

The HCM Solution Architect will play a critical role in supporting our HCM Practice Director by leading the design, implementation, and optimization of Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions for our clients. This role is ideal for an experienced HCM Consultant who has successfully completed multiple end-to-end HCM implementations and possesses deep expertise in HR processes, system configuration, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- HCM Implementation & Optimization: Lead and manage full lifecycle HCM implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Client Consultation: Act as a strategic advisor to clients, analyzing HR processes and recommending tailored HCM solutions to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- System Configuration & Data Integrity: Ensure accurate system setup, maintain data integrity, and optimize functionality to support HR operations.
- Process Improvement & Compliance: Identify opportunities for process enhancements, ensuring alignment with best practices, industry standards, and compliance with employment regulations and data privacy laws.
- Client Documentation & Training: Develop and maintain process flows, standard operating procedures, and training materials to support system adoption and knowledge transfer.
- Reporting & Analytics: Generate insights through data analysis and reporting, supporting clients in making informed HR decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and leadership teams to align HCM systems with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HCM Consultant with multiple end-to-end HCM implementations completed successfully.
- Strong expertise in HCM system configuration, process optimization, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in developing client documentation and delivering user training.

- Experience working with remote and contract employees.
