What You’ll Do  
  • Support the rollout of Oracle Enterprise Performance Reporting Cloud Service (EPRCS), replacing legacy tools and enabling automated, integrated reporting
  • Lead the transition from Workiva-mediated reporting to Oracle-native solutions, including discovery, design, and delivery of EPRCS reports
  • Evaluate and solution for limitations in Oracle reporting, such as data integration gaps (non-FCCS data sources, etc.)
  • Own the Special Factors Alteryx workflow used in external reporting and to support SOX compliance
  • Identify and resolve data integrity issues ensure accuracy in quarterly financial results
  • Manage system access and environment stability across Oracle FCCS, EPRCS, and EDMCS platforms, coordinating with IT and Finance stakeholders
  • Author and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and training materials to support continuity and onboarding
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and deliver on reporting needs from cross-functional teams
  • Troubleshoot ERP and reporting tool system issues
  • Support master data governance
What You Bring  
  • Senior level experience with financial systems and/or data management
    • Financial transformation experience a plus
  • Expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials (FCCS, EPRCS, EDMCS) and Alteryx workflows
  • Experience with SAP equivalents a plus
  • Proven ability to identify and resolve complex data issues and drive process improvements across business functions
    • Scrum or DevOps process familiarity a plus
    • Familiarity with SKFs and external reporting processes
  • Experience with reporting system transitions and data integration strategies
  • Excellent communication and process documentation skills
  • Familiarity with SOX compliance and external reporting processes
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset. Ability to proactively identify user needs and drive to build consensus amongst key stakeholder groups
  • Proven success in driving reports from conceptualization through to user delivery
