Job SummaryWe are seeking Senior Oracle PL/SQL Developers with approximately 10–15 years of experience and, most importantly, deep, current, hands-on PL/SQL development expertise.
This role is highly technical. Candidates should be able to demonstrate strong practical knowledge during technical interviews and provide thoughtful solutions to real-world, day-to-day engineering problems. This is not a management-focused position; the team is specifically looking for engineers who remain actively hands-on with Oracle SQL/PLSQL development.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain complex Oracle SQL and PL/SQL solutions.
- Develop complex stored procedures, packages, database business logic, custom data types, and transactional data models.
- Perform advanced SQL development, data analysis, data modeling, and data manipulation.
- Design and implement data APIs and database-centric solutions.
- Analyze and optimize database performance.
- Develop and maintain batch processing jobs using technologies such as ETL/Informatica and Autosys.
- Translate business requirements, storyboards, and use cases into scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Participate in application design, design reviews, and code reviews.
- Develop automated test cases and participate in regression testing.
- Contribute to engineering practices involving ATDD, CI/CD, and continuous delivery.
- Collaborate with distributed/global development teams.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members.
- Contribute directly to the codebase while working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
