Positions in this function conduct and manage outcomes of various studies that include analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planning. They support short and long term operational/strategic business activities - by developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and models. The Enterprise Resilience and Security Office (ESRO) Orbit BI Sr Analyst will be the subject matter expert (SME) ensuring ESRO databases, ETL processes and data resources are maintained. They also develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through use of Orbit dashboards, tableau and other industry standard reporting.
If you are located in MN or DC, you will have the flexibility to work remotely*, as well as work in the office as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

- Analyzing security incident data, identifying trends, and delivering actionable insights through advanced data visualization and reporting
- Solid analytical skills, experience with BI tools, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful dashboards and reports for stakeholders

- Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership

Required Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certification(s): Power BI Data Analyst Associate PL-300 and/or PL-600 Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
- 4+ years Excel intermediate to advanced skill
- 3+ years working in a production support environment
- 2+ years Power BI admin and development experience
- 2+ years of experience with relational databases, database structures and design, systems design, data management, data warehouse
- Experience in automation and PowerShell scripting to build infrastructure for automation
- Enterprise scale Power BI, design, development, implementation and dashboard maintenance
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Azure support
- 2+ years of experience with relational databases, database structures and design, systems design, data management, and data warehouse
- Experiences in BI, Data ware housing architecture and implementations
