About this opportunity:
Ericsson proudly invites applications for the dynamic role of Order and Delivery Management (ODM). A position critical to our operations, the ODM plays a key role in managing, monitoring, and executing all aspects of order fulfillment, including delivery, returns and transportation. This role serves as a linchpin within our supply chain, ensuring efficient execution and optimal management of order and return flows to align with sales order and project requirements. What you will do:- Define delivery strategies, aligning them with customer expectations in terms of cost, timeline, and specifications.- Manage and oversee the registration of incoming customer orders, ensuring clarity and accuracy.- Proactively monitor all aspects of the order to ensure timely acknowledgments and alignment with customer or project specifications.- Assign and release products to relevant network activities, managing materials availability confirmations.- Aid in the processing of invoices/credit notes relevant to purchase and non-purchase orders.- Determine appropriate strategies and locations for returns by managing and controlling the receipt of faulty/excess material.- Handle creation and registration of Customer Service Requests (CSR), determining acceptance or rejection criteria.- Safeguard the timely execution of shipments from logistic service providers, ensuring the creation of Transport Service purchase orders.
