Do you enjoy creating positive first impressions and delivering exceptional patient experiences? Our orthodontic practice is seeking a friendly, organized Front Desk Representative to support daily operations and ensure every patient visit is seamless and welcoming.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys interacting with patients, and takes pride in keeping both communication and office workflows running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet and assist patients, creating a warm and professional environment
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and patient inquiries promptly
  • Support scheduling, patient flow, and daily office coordination
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scanning, correspondence, and inventory
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to maintain an efficient schedule
  • Follow up on patient leads and support conversion efforts
  • Participate in team huddles and contribute to overall office productivity

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure
  • Team player with a positive, professional attitude
  • Comfortable using office software and computer systems
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Bilingual skills are required

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday (8-hour shifts)
  • In-person role

Pay

  •     $21-23 per hour
