The Opportunity

RemodelBoom is a revenue-share growth partner for home improvement companies across the United States. Our clients do not pay retainers or setup fees; we earn revenue when our campaigns generate sales. This model makes operational execution, client outcomes, and company performance directly connected. We are seeking a part-time Outbound Caller to support a new service line.

The Role

As an Outbound Caller, you’ll own follow-ups for 10+ in-home sales reps. This is a warm-lead role where you’ll speak with homeowners who have already met the company and received a proposal. You will not be doing cold outbound calling - you will be converting existing leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review each unsold demo you are assigned: proposal, project scope, quoted price, homeowner concerns, and the seller’s notes

  • Call homeowners, send approved texts and emails, and execute a daily follow-up cadence until we get a yes or no

  • Find out what is actually holding up the decision (timing, scope, financing, competing bids, price, confidence, etc.)

  • Close eligible deals within written client-approved pricing and contract rules; otherwise book a qualified return conversation or appointment with the appropriate seller

  • Keep the CRM accurate: next action, homeowner response, reason for no-sale, appointment details, and outcome of communications

Measures of Success
  • Closed revenue from converted leads

  • Volume and consistency of outreach to assigned leads

  • Robust documentation to support learning across the team

Experience and Qualifications
  • Communicate clearly and warmly by phone, text, and email.

  • Can ask direct questions, listen to the answer, and handle rejection without becoming pushy.

  • Follow a process, keep meticulous notes, and reliably show up for scheduled calling blocks.

  • Learn new products and software quickly. Prior sales experience is welcome but not required.

Working Environment

RemodelBoom is a profitable, lean organization with a high-ownership, high-trust culture. This role offers an opportunity to grow your earnings and influence in the organization by becoming a top performer. We provide scripts, training, coaching, tech, offers, etc… Your success will depend on your work ethic, coach-ability, and determination. Success means timely follow-up, accurate records, and incremental closed revenue; not simply a high dial count.
