Responsibilities:
- Initiate conversations with our clients to provide ongoing solutions.
- Provide information and guidance on product features, usage, and benefits.
- Provide exceptional customer support by promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, or feedback.
- Collections kind of but not really because we aren't threatening credit scores but ability to collect accounts receivable.
- Tailor communication style to meet the needs and preferences of different clients.
- Help support other customer service groups as needed.
Requirements:
- Active listening skills with the ability to understand and address client needs.
- Familiarity with client relationship management principles.
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and address issues effectively.
- Incredible listening and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to empathize with clients and provide support with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong computer skills, job duties are performed almost 100% online.
