Our client is looking for a motivated and outgoing Part-Time Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive their expansion into the Latin American market. The company is a notable player in the B2B services sector, having demonstrated significant growth and market innovation over the past several years. This is a 100% remote role ideal for a sales professional fluent in Spanish and experienced in B2B prospecting.

Responsibilities

  • Execute strategic outbound prospecting activities via phone, email, text, and WhatsApp to generate new business opportunities.

  • Conduct diligent follow-up on inbound leads to qualify prospects and identify key decision-makers within target companies.

  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with potential clients throughout the initial sales cycle.

  • Meticulously update and manage all lead information, interactions, and pipeline stages within the CRM system.

  • Coordinate seamlessly with the US-based sales and fulfillment teams to transition qualified leads into the client onboarding process smoothly.

  • Consistently track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure outreach effectiveness.



Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B outbound sales, prospecting, and lead generation.

  • Fluency in Spanish is mandatory for sales communications with LATAM clients.

  • Professional proficiency in English is required for internal communication with the US team.

  • Demonstrated ability to perform cold outreach across multiple channels (phone, email, etc.).

  • Experience with CRM software for lead tracking and management.

  • A reliable, diligent, and outgoing personality with the flexibility to adapt to different client needs.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or similar outbound sales role.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities, suited for a remote part-time position.
