About Us:

Head Space is a New Mexico-based cannabis company and one of the top-selling pre-roll brands in the state. We were voted “People’s Favorite Cannabis Brand,” and we’ve built our reputation on quality, consistency, and strong retail relationships.

Now we’re expanding into hemp-derived beverages across Texas and beyond. We’re looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to help us grow our footprint, open new doors, and build real partnerships with retailers across the state.

This is a field-driven role for someone who enjoys being on the ground, meeting owners and buyers face-to-face, and turning conversations into long-term accounts in a fast-growing category.

What You'll Do:

This is a full-time Outside Sales role based in the field. You’ll spend your time building relationships, visiting accounts, and opening new ones.

You’ll be meeting with retailers, presenting our products, checking in on existing partners, and looking for new opportunities to grow the territory.

You’ll represent the brand in person, stay close to what’s happening in the market, and work directly with our internal team to make sure orders, logistics, and communication run smoothly.

What We're looking for:

  • Comfortable pitching products and opening new accounts
  • Naturally good with people — you build relationships that actually last
  • Clear communicator, whether you’re talking in person, texting a buyer, or sending a follow-up email
  • Self-starter who doesn’t need to be micromanaged
  • Experience in business to business sales (cannabis, hemp, alcohol, or CPG is a plus)
  • Pays attention to what’s happening in the market and stays curious about the industry
  • Must be 21+ and eligible to work in the hemp industry
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (this is a field role)
  • A degree is great, but real-world experience and hustle matter more
