Position:

Design Consultant (Outside Sales / In-Home Sales Representative)

Schedule:

Monday–Friday (10:00 AM, 2:00 PM, 6:00 PM) | Saturday (10:00 AM, 2:00 PM)

Design Consultants are expected to run appointments 5 days per week (off on Sundays and one weekday of your choosing).

Purpose of Position

A Design Consultant (In-Home Sales Representative) meets at the home of our customers and consistently delivers the proven ZINTEX sales method — designing the dream shower or bath and securing customer agreements to purchase our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

•      Attend and Complete 2-Week Sales Training: Training held in Dallas/Fort Worth for 2 weeks (ZINTEX covers all travel arrangements)

•      Be part of one of the most proven sales training programs in the home improvement industry

•      Weekly appointment schedule: Monday–Friday (10:00, 2:00, 6:00) | Saturday (10:00, 2:00)

•      Conduct professional, high-energy sales appointments (avg. 2 hours each) in the customer's home

•      Attend weekly team meetings and intensive professional training workshops

•      Guide customers through a personalized, one-call-close design and sales process

•      No cold-calling or lead generation — 100% of your leads are warm, pre-vetted, and pre-set

Compensation

•      Industry-best commission and bonus plan — uncapped earnings

•      Expected earnings: Average reps earn $120K–$180K+ in their first year; top performers exceed $300K
