Dry Force is seeking motivated Outside Sales Consultants to join our growing Austin team.

NO COLD CALLING. NO DOOR TO DOOR SALES.

Our consultants work exclusively with pre-qualified, scheduled appointments from homeowners who have already expressed a need for our services. Our customer service team handles the initial outreach, qualification, and scheduling so you can focus on what you do best: helping homeowners and closing business.

Many of our leads come from trusted referral partners, including plumbers and HVAC companies, giving you a significant advantage before you even arrive at the appointment.

You'll also receive access to Dry Force's signature sales training program, which combines classroom instruction, role-playing, and field training to prepare you for success within your first 30 days.

As an Outside Sales Consultant, you'll meet with homeowners during their time of need, assess the situation, explain Dry Force's restoration solutions, and guide them through the process of restoring their home. Success in this role comes from building trust, demonstrating empathy, and helping customers make informed decisions with confidence.

Join one of the most recognized restoration companies in Texas, with 3,000+ homeowner reviews averaging 4.8 stars across all locations.

  • Communicate job status with customers, company management, and insurance carriers
  • Process all documentation and ensure it is completed in a timely manner

Qualifications:

  • You are highly motivated, have a strong work ethic and enjoy the selling process (with 3+ years of outside selling experience)
  • You are able to build rapport easily and establish trust, leading to lasting customer relationships
  • You have strong communications skills – interpersonal, written, presenting

  • You have a valid driver’s license and successfully clear a background/drug test
