We are currently seeking a results-driven Outside Sales Representative to support growth in our Manufactured Housing business. This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, expanding customer relationships, and driving sales throughout the assigned territory.

Position Summary

The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for driving branch sales growth through new business development and relationship management within the manufactured housing market. This position focuses on prospecting manufactured home communities, contractors, installers, service providers, and related businesses while promoting Style Crest’s full line of products and services.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong hunter mentality, excellent communication skills, and a passion for developing long-term customer relationships.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities within manufactured home communities, contractor networks, and related markets
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new and existing customers
  • Identify customer needs and recommend products and solutions that support their business
  • Prepare quotes, follow up on proposals, and close sales opportunities
  • Grow branch revenue and market share within the assigned territory
Customer Relationship Management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with community managers, maintenance teams, contractors, and business owners
  • Conduct regular customer visits to identify opportunities and strengthen partnerships
  • Serve as a trusted resource and primary point of contact for customers
  • Provide outstanding service and support to ensure long-term customer satisfaction
  • Attend customer meetings, events, and occasional weekend functions as needed
Territory & Branch Support
  • Manage assigned territory strategically to maximize customer coverage and sales opportunities
  • Track sales activity, customer interactions, and opportunities through CRM and reporting tools
  • Partner closely with branch operations to support order fulfillment, delivery coordination, and service execution
  • Share market feedback, customer trends, and competitive insights with leadership
  • Assist with customer service resolution when needed to support the overall customer experience
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of outside sales experience preferred
  • Experience in manufactured housing, construction materials, HVAC, contractor sales, or related industries strongly preferred
  • Must reside within the local branch market
  • Reliable transportation with ability to travel daily throughout the assigned territory
  • Proven ability to prospect, develop new business, and close sales
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and phone communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Basic computer and CRM system proficiency
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Professional demeanor with strong work ethic and high level of integrity
