Our client is looking for a meticulous and proactive Part-Time Paid Media Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This 100% remote role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional passionate about activating and optimizing digital advertising campaigns.
Building, trafficking, and launching advertising campaigns within Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Conducting thorough quality assurance checks on all campaign elements, including URLs, UTM parameters, and targeting settings, prior to launch.
Collaborating with the Paid Media team to implement and manage A/B tests and dynamic creative optimizations.
Managing creative asset refreshes and ensuring proper ad rotation across all active accounts.
Monitoring campaign pacing and performance, proactively flagging any discrepancies or issues.
Maintaining and documenting trafficking processes to contribute to the evolution of standard operating procedures.
Thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while managing multiple priorities.
Requirements
A minimum of 1 year of practical experience with Shopify and Google Merchant Center.
A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience trafficking campaigns in both Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Proven understanding of tracking implementation and URL best practices, including UTM parameters and pixel integration.
Experience using task management platforms such as ClickUp or Asana.
Exceptional attention to detail and a process-oriented approach to work.
Proactive communication style and a genuine team-oriented mindset.
Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are required.
