About Propellic

Propellic is the AI-first digital marketing agency for travel and tourism brands. We pair cutting-edge performance marketing with a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and radical candor, so every teammate can do the best work of their career while shaping the future of travel.

About the Role

As a Paid Media Manager, you'll execute and optimize paid media campaigns across search, social, programmatic, and emerging channels for our travel clients. You'll build campaigns, run tests, and make AI-powered tools part of your default workflow.

Account Managers own the client relationship day-to-day; you'll join calls as the subject matter expert when clients need deeper technical detail.

This role suits someone curious about where paid media is headed, who wants to build expertise using the tools shaping it today.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute multi-channel paid media campaigns (search, social, programmatic, video/CTV) from setup through optimization.

  • Build and maintain accurate tracking, testing, and reporting across all managed accounts.

  • Use AI-driven tools (e.g., AI Max, predictive bidding, dynamic creative optimization) where they earn their place, and know when to step in and override them.

  • Test new platforms, tools, and ad formats, and document what works so the team can scale it.

  • Partner with Account Managers on strategy and performance narratives they bring to clients.

  • Join client calls as a subject matter expert when Account Managers need deeper technical support.

  • Flag creative and media opportunities to Account Managers based on performance data.

  • Keep documentation and SOPs current as tools and workflows change.

What Success Looks Like

  • Campaigns launched on time with accurate setup, tracking, and testing in place.

  • Performance data translated into clear, usable input for the Account Managers who take it to clients.

  • AI tools used with good judgment: applied where they help, questioned where they don't.

  • New platforms and formats tested on a regular cadence, with results documented and shared.

  • Account Managers trust you as the technical expert behind their accounts.

Who You Are

  • 2-5 years of paid media experience (agency or in-house), running campaigns across at least two channels.

  • Working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta, plus at least one of LinkedIn, TikTok, programmatic, or other emerging channels.

  • Hands-on experience with AI tools in media buying, creative testing, reporting, or forecasting, and curiosity to try more.

  • No attachment to “the way we've always done it.” You'd rather test the new tool than defend the old process.

  • Able to turn performance data into a clear takeaway for a non-technical audience.

  • Travel or hospitality experience is a plus, not a requirement.

  • Eligibility to work in the US, Canada, or ability to contract internationally.

If you want deep technical ownership without the client-facing pressure, and you're excited to build media strategy inside an AI-first agency, we'd love to meet you.

What We Offer

  • Remote-first flexibility with a high-performing global team.

  • Medical, dental, and vision plans + 5% 401(k) match (US employees). Similar benefits for Canadian employees.

  • Generous PTO, company holidays, and an annual week-long destination company retreat.

  • A company-supplied MacBook

  • Wellhub or similar benefits for company-subsidized wellness/gym access

  • Annual budget for professional development and industry conferences.

  • A culture that values experimentation, autonomy, and radical candor.

Work Requirements

  • Reliable high-speed internet and comfort with virtual collaboration tools.

  • Availability for core work hours around 9a-5p U.S. Central Time.

  • Reasonable accommodations provided for qualified individuals with disabilities.
