The Paid Media Specialist will execute and optimize paid media campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads, manage budgets, analyze performance, report insights, and collaborate on ad creative concepts to enhance marketing effectiveness.
This is a remote position.
We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our team in Argentina. Your focus will be executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook Ads, ensuring strong performance and continuous improvement. You'll analyze data, manage budgets, and provide insights to enhance campaign effectiveness. You will also be using Marketing automation No-code tech (Zapier, Hubspot, Airtable) among other tech Google Drive and Suite + Notion to work upon improving our marketing automation for our clients. You will help execute and improve the various different processes of improving our client's workflow and output for marketing results.
- Campaign Execution:
- Launch, optimize, and monitor day-to-day Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
- Manage budgets, analyze performance data, and recommend changes to improve ROAS and CTR.

- Compile and interpret performance reports, using data to inform next steps.
- Present insights and recommendations to the Paid Media Lead and relevant stakeholders.

- Ad Creative & Copy:
- Provide input on ad concepts, especially around messaging and target audience.
- Collaborate with copywriters and designers to ensure the final ad creatives meet performance goals.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new ad angles and creative tests.

- Participate in campaign planning sessions, bringing data-driven insights to guide adjustments and new directions.
- Stay updated on emerging paid media tools, algorithms, and best practices across Google and Facebook.

- Minor Design Edits (Good to Have):
- Make small edits in tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva to adjust creative assets (e.g., resizing images, adding text overlays).

Requirements
- Experience:
- 5+ years in a paid media or digital marketing position, preferably within an agency environment (though not mandatory).
- Hands-on experience managing Facebook/Meta Ads and Google Ads accounts.

- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar design software (preferred but not required).
