Job Description

David Weekley Homes is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to join the Marketing and Communications team at our Houston headquarters. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate day to day management of Paid Media efforts, including:
    • Paid Social Media Marketing
    • Display/Video Advertising
    • SEM/Paid Search campaigns
    • Direct Mail
    • Paid Email Marketing Campaigns
    • Digital Marketing
  • Collaborate with internal customers and vendors to develop and implement proven media strategies  
  • Facilitate communications with our internal team members and vendors
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics, marketing initiatives, and campaigns
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid media efforts
  • Coordinate with 3rd party and other sites in which we syndicate home listings
  • Conduct vendor research for digital marketing and analytics tools
  • Support SEO efforts including, working with the development team to ensure SEO best practices and recommendations are properly implemented on newly developed code and working with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming 

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years marketing experience within an agency or internal marketing department
  • Experience managing projects and campaigns and effectively communicating with internal or external clients/customers
  • Advanced knowledge of the following tools: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads (Microsoft Ads), Google Search Console, Microsoft Excel
  • Experience/knowledge of tag management tools, reporting and dashboarding tools such as DOMO, A/B testing tools, and other digital marketing tools are a plus
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social ads, display advertising, SEO/ SEM, and other paid media tactics
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or General Business

  • Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and recommend actions

  • Willingness to research and learn new technology

Work Location: based out of our Houston headquarters near I-10 Katy Freeway and 610 West Loop N Fwy.
