The Role
We are seeking Paid Search Growth Marketers to help strategize, execute, and optimize search marketing campaigns that drive measurable growth. You’ll work with fast-scaling companies and established brands to manage and refine performance marketing programs across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other SEM platforms.
Contract projects typically range from 10–40 hours per week, depending on client needs and project scope.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage paid search strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and related platforms.
- Execute keyword research, ad copy creation, bidding strategies, and ongoing optimizations to achieve performance goals.
- Monitor daily campaign pacing, budget allocation, and account health to maximize efficiency and ROI.
- Analyze and interpret performance data to identify actionable insights and areas for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analytics, creative, and marketing strategy to deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Stay up to date on search trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on paid search experience managing campaigns end-to-end.
- Proven ability to deliver measurable results across acquisition and retention goals.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience using Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and related tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, SA360).
- Experience collaborating with creative and technical teams to enhance campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
