Paid Search Manager 

Round Rock, TX - Onsite (5 days a week)

What you’ll achieve

As a Paid Search Manager, you will not only execute and optimize paid search strategies but also take ownership of day-to-day operations as part of an integrated team. You'll be responsible for ensuring campaigns are properly paced, budgets are accurately tracked, ad copy complies with brand and platform standards, and reporting is timely and actionable. Working closely with the Paid Search Regional Director and media planning teams, you’ll drive seamless execution, operational excellence, and impactful results across your accounts.

You will:

  • Implement and optimize paid search campaigns to meet KPIs and business objectives.

  • Supervise a team of paid search specialists to ensure operational rigor, budget pacing, and campaign quality.

  • Collaborate with creative teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to develop and execute effective ads.

  • Monitor campaign performance data, ensure compliance with ad copy standards, and recommend continuous improvements.

  • Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and reporting processes to deliver maximum efficiency.

  • Stay updated on SEM trends and best practices, applying them to daily operations.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Fluent English, including the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

  • 10+ years of working within Paid Media

  • Solid professional experience in search engine marketing, with expertise across platforms like SA360, Google Ads, and Bing Ads.

  • Experience managing large-scale campaigns with complex objectives, including operational oversight and reporting.

Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $148,750 - 192,500.
