How this role will Serve, Own and Grow at Rev:

At Rev, we’re redefining how legal and law enforcement teams work through overwhelming volumes of audio and video evidence. Our Legal AI platform helps teams find what matters faster—turning massive volumes of evidence into searchable, citable insights—while keeping human judgment firmly in control. At Rev, we value service, ownership, and growth, and we’re looking for a Paid Search Manager who’s excited to take meaningful ownership of our paid acquisition engine.

As a Paid Search Manager, you’ll report to the Director of Acquisition and play a critical role in driving new customer acquisition and revenue through highly efficient, data-driven search campaigns. You’ll own paid search from strategy through execution, with a strong voice in experimentation, optimization, and growth. This is a hands-on, high-impact individual contributor role with real autonomy and influence.

🔍 Responsibilities:
Paid Search Strategy & Execution
  • Own end-to-end paid search strategy across Google Ads and Bing, supporting both SMB and Enterprise customer segments

  • Conduct ongoing keyword research, expansion, and optimization across Rev’s product lines

  • Develop and test compelling ad copy and collaborate on landing page strategy to drive conversion

  • Actively manage bids, budgets, targeting, and structure to maximize efficiency and ROI

  • Own and manage a seven-figure annual paid search budget, with responsibility for pacing, allocation, and performance optimization across campaigns.

Optimization & Experimentation
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and continuously optimize toward CPA, CAC, and ROAS goals

  • Design and execute A/B tests across ads, landing pages, and funnel experiences

  • Use performance insights to inform creative, messaging, and investment decisions

  • Recommend budget allocation and scaling strategies based on results and company priorities

Measurement & Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Analytics to define attribution models, reporting frameworks, and performance insights

  • Produce clear, actionable reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) for marketing and leadership stakeholders

  • Support additional paid channels as needed, with search as your primary focus

Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of hands-on paid search experience, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or high-consideration products

  • Deep expertise in Google Ads and Bing Ads

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data to drive decisions

  • Experience with analytic platforms and tools including Looker, Google Analytics, and A/B testing tools

  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Clear communicator who collaborates well across marketing, analytics, and product teams
