Project Overview:

  • Filming Date: TBD – Based on your availability
  • Filming Location: Chicago, IL or local to expert (travel expenses covered)
  • Time on Set: Approximately 3–5 hours (half-day; subject to change)
  • Final Deliverable: 1 Product Recommendation Video
  • Rate: Typically between $1,500–$2,500 per project
  • Usage Rights: The video content will be featured on the brand’s website, social channels, and in paid promotions for 1 year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of the electrical products in real-world applications, focusing on usability and functionality.
  • Engage in a brief pre-production call (15–30 minutes) to align project goals and expectations.
  • Collaborate with our production team during a professionally managed filming session (in-person or virtual).
  • Provide honest and insightful feedback based on your expertise in electrical systems.

How It Works (it’s quick):

  1.  Apply once → we pitch you to the brand.
  2. If selected → you test the product (about 2 weeks).
  3. Join our production crew on set (we handle everything).
  4. Get paid (varies per project).

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Electrician with a minimum of 5 years of experience in residential and/or commercial electrical work.
  • In-depth knowledge of current electrical codes and standards.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical insights to a general audience.
  • Willingness to travel if required.
