Maneuver Marketing

Our Vision, Mission & Success are fuelled by our commitment to be a driving force of positive change to the health of everyday consumers, providing conscious, high-quality & innovative supplement products.

In just 5 years, we kicked off our own DTC Health & Wellness brand from scratch and scaled it to USD$100M+ in annual sales, serving more than 3,000,000 customers worldwide with an average of 4,000 daily orders across 9 SKUs.

These results caught the attention of The Financial Times, as they ranked us among APACs top High-Growth Companies. We have also been awarded 2nd place on the E50 Awards, jointly organised by The Business Times and KPMG in Singapore.

This is just the beginning of our journey, and you could be part of the next stage of our growth!

Your Next Role

Join our dynamic legal team as a Paralegal and play a critical role in ensuring Maneuver’s compliance, IP protection, and risk management as we expand across multiple jurisdictions. You’ll collaborate directly with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external counsel to safeguard our operations across product, marketing, and commercial domains. This is an opportunity to build scalable legal processes in a fast-moving, data-driven company where your work will directly influence global growth and regulatory readiness.

What You'll DoExternal Counsel Coordination
  • Act as the point of contact for external legal counsel, managing documentation, billing, and deliverables across concurrent matters.

  • Gather evidence and internal records for disputes, regulatory inquiries, and IP matters.

  • Track matter statuses and maintain visibility into ongoing legal workflows to ensure timely resolution.

Regulatory & IP Management
  • Partner with external counsel to manage trademark filings, renewals, and enforcement activities across multiple regions.

  • Conduct preliminary name checks and monitor for potential infringements on marketplaces and online platforms.

  • Coordinate documentation for product registrations and regulatory submissions (e.g., NPNs, EU dossiers) and track multi-jurisdictional timelines.

  • Maintain audit-ready records for all IP and regulatory activities.

Marketing Claims, Privacy & Compliance
  • Maintain an internal repository of approved product claims and compliance guidance, ensuring marketing teams use language aligned with FTC/FDA standards.

  • Support updates to privacy policies, cookie banners, and Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).

  • Document and track customer data requests (access/deletion) to ensure GDPR/CCPA compliance.

  • Work with marketing and tech teams to ensure privacy and claims compliance across campaigns and platforms.

Contract Management & Legal Operations
  • Maintain and continuously improve Maneuver’s centralized contract database covering vendor, distribution, and influencer agreements.

  • Review third-party redlines on NDAs and standard agreements, escalating key deviations while independently handling low-risk negotiations using templates.

  • Support contract automation and documentation processes to enhance speed and reduce risk across teams.

  • Track renewal dates and maintain version control for all executed agreements.

Corporate Governance & Recordkeeping
  • Maintain company records, board resolutions, and entity registrations across multiple jurisdictions (SG, US, etc.).

  • Support annual filings, compliance certifications, and entity maintenance tasks.

  • Ensure consistent documentation practices with secure, organized file structures and version control

How You'll Succeed

Maneuver is an OKRs, KPIs & data-driven company, we are not Mad Men (Well, not all), but Math Men. As a result, multiple metrics will constitute the basis of your performance and success within this role and the company:

  • External Counsel Coordination: Deliver complete, timely documentation to external legal counsel with clear internal context, maintain central tracking of all legal matters with statuses and deadlines, and act as an effective bridge between internal teams and legal vendors to reduce costs and accelerate resolutions.

  • Expansion-Related IP & Regulatory Filings: Maintain an accurate, up-to-date register of trademarks and application statuses across jurisdictions, conduct timely name clearance checks during product development, and coordinate regulatory filing documentation (NPNs, EU dossiers) with cross-functional teams to meet market entry timelines.

  • Marketing Claims & Privacy Compliance: Drive adoption of approved product claims and disclaimers aligned with FTC/FDA guidance within the creative and marketing team, and flag risky marketing language before escalation to reduce risk of claims-related complaints or litigation. Ensure privacy compliance in respective jurisdictions through regular updates to privacy policy and content management platform implementation with the Tech team.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field; Paralegal certification is a plus.

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a paralegal, compliance, or legal operations role, preferably in a regulated industry (health, consumer products, or e-commerce).

  • Working knowledge of U.S. regulatory bodies and frameworks relevant to consumer health products, including the FTC and FDA (e.g. advertising substantiation, marketing claims, labeling considerations, DSHEA context).

  • Experience coordinating with external counsel and cross-functional teams.

  • Strong knowledge of contract management, compliance frameworks, and regulatory filing processes.

  • Experience with multi-entity corporate governance (US/Singapore preferred) and understanding of cross-border regulatory requirements for product launches and business operations

  • Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to translate legal outcomes into business-friendly updates.

  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
