We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Paralegal to support our growing Legal team. As a key member of a fast-paced tech company, you will assist with a broad range of legal tasks including contract management, compliance tracking, corporate governance, and internal process improvement. You'll work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external counsel to help ensure the business operates smoothly and in alignment with legal and regulatory obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage corporate entity filings across multiple jurisdictions
  • Assist with board prep materials
  • Collaborate with internal legal team to manage company equity
  • Assist the contracts team with the contract lifecycle process, including intake, tracking, execution, and archiving
  • Support compliance initiatives, including privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), SOC 2, and other industry standards
  • Maintain corporate records, assist with filings, and coordinate legal entity management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, HR, Finance, InfoSec) to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance
  • Conduct legal research and summarize findings for internal use
  • Support litigation, intellectual property filings, and other legal proceedings as needed
  • Assist with implementing and refining internal legal processes and playbooks
  • Draft, review, and revise a variety of legal documents, including NDAs, vendor contracts, and software licensing agreements

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-accredited program
  • 2+ years of experience as a paralegal in an in-house legal department or law firm
  • Strong understanding of contract terms and standard legal concepts
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, and familiarity with CLM tools, legal tech platforms, and equity tracking software
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting a SaaS or technology company
  • Experience in private equity portfolio company
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001)
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management systems (e.g., Ironclad, DocuSign CLM)
  • Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
  • Pilot or aviation enthusiast

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary pay range: $70,000-$150,000.
This position is currently part of Boeing but is planned to transition to an independent company owned by Thoma Bravo, as part of a pending divestiture of the Digital Aviation Solutions organization. If you are selected for this role, your employment may initially be with Boeing (dependent on start date). Subject to final regulatory approvals and closing conditions, your employment may transfer to the divested business owned by Thoma Bravo at close. Additional details about this transition will be shared as they become available.
