Job Description

We are seeking an experienced paralegal with strong tenure and a proactive, go-getter mindset to support Marketing and Legal teams. This role will play a key part in driving structural improvements within Legal, including the development and centralization of templates, tracking systems, and document libraries.

  • Develop a legal intake brief to capture required information from Marketing partners, including the type of BIA or legal contract needed and key elements.
  • Partner with legal resources to understand required contract components and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Draft initial versions of marketing BIAs and related legal documents for review and approval.
  • Incorporate feedback from Legal, Marketing, and Client stakeholders to finalize documents.
  • Create and maintain standardized legal templates for common marketing-related legal requests.
  • Manage and track the workflow of legal documents between Marketing and Legal (excluding legal project prioritization).
  • Build and maintain centralized libraries and tracking systems for legal documentation.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to legal content, workflows, and processes.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated tenure in a paralegal or legal operations role, ideally supporting marketing, contracts, or commercial legal work.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple legal documents and workflows simultaneously.
  • Proactive, self-starting individual with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Proven ability to drive process improvements and contribute to structural change within a legal or compliance environment.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with legal, marketing, and business stakeholders.

Additional Information

This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

The starting pay range for this role is $60/ph - $65/ph. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
