Our client is looking for a Paralegal to support their legal operations and ensure the efficient handling of casework and documentation. They operate within the legal services industry and have expanded their capabilities and client impact over recent years through consistent growth and service excellence.
Job Description
Responsibilities
Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date
Assist attorneys with legal research, document preparation, and case summaries
Draft legal documents, correspondence, and reports with attention to detail
Coordinate communication with clients, courts, and third parties
Track deadlines, filings, and case progress to ensure timely execution
Support administrative legal processes and maintain compliance with internal procedures
Requirements
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
High level of organization and attention to detail
Comfort working in a fast paced legal environment
Proactive mindset with the ability to follow processes and instructions
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Paralegal or in a legal support role is preferred
Familiarity with legal documentation and case management workflows
Experience supporting attorneys in administrative and research tasks
Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills
