We are seeking a Partner – Sustainability Value Creation to join our North America leadership team and drive the next wave of growth in our Corporate Sustainability & Climate Change (CS&CC) practice.

• Shape and lead ERM’s value‑creation approach to sustainability and climate strategy.

What You'll Bring
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, engineering, science, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years’ experience in consulting or corporate sustainability leadership.
• Proven success advising global companies across major sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to win and deliver multi-million‑dollar portfolios.
• Deep expertise in climate strategy, carbon accounting, risk assessment, and disclosure frameworks.
• Strong business acumen and ability to link sustainability to cost savings and enterprise value.

• Lead strategic client relationships and expand ERM’s impact across North America.
• Develop sustainability strategies that drive measurable business value.
• Originate and deliver high-impact engagements including decarbonization, climate risk, and investor-focused disclosure.
• Drive commercial strategy and significant revenue growth.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver integrated sustainability solutions.
• Recruit, mentor, and inspire high‑performing teams.

For the Partner, Decarbonization Strategy & Implementation position, the anticipated annual base pay is $181,000 to $244,000 (USD). Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range. This role may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/flex force employees are not bonus eligible).
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, parental leave, medical, dental, vision, life, disability, AD&D insurance, 401(k) or RRSP/DPSP, and other applicable benefits to eligible employees.
Note: Bonuses, commissions, and other forms of additional compensation are not guaranteed and subject to the sole discretion of ERM and its policies and procedures.
