The Partner Demand Specialist drives demand generation initiatives with strategic partners, collaborating across teams to enhance messaging and optimize campaign performance.
The Partner Demand Specialist is responsible for driving demand generation initiatives in collaboration with strategic partners to increase awareness, pipeline growth, and revenue impact. This role works cross-functionally with Partner Marketing, Sales, Product, and Marketing Operations to execute integrated campaigns, translate insights into compelling narratives, and optimize performance across channels.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales and partner marketing to refine messaging, improve conversion rates, and elevate lead quality.
- Engage with partner channel teams to facilitate warm leads and generate competitive advantage via targeted outreach.
- Coordinate with vendor channel managers to align on quarterly targets, funding opportunities, training needs, and programs.
- Support go-to-market execution by helping sales and partner marketing leverage vendor programs, incentives, and co-op funds to accelerate deals.
- Prioritize quality over quantity, ensuring demand efforts drive meaningful pipeline impact.
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify potential customers for our cloud consulting services that may include Microsoft, Cisco, and Pure Storage.
- Use our CRM and other sales tools to document and track prospecting activities, lead qualifications, and progress through the sales funnel.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified appointments and revenue generated from those appointments.
- Build and manage outbound email campaigns, sequences, and cadences to increase sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 3 – 5 years of experience in demand generation, partner marketing, channel marketing, or campaign management.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance and optimize results.
- Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to review and provide input on campaign creative, content, and messaging to ensure brand alignment.
- Strong focus on efficiency, quality, and adherence to brand and project standards.
- Comfortable managing changing priorities, new technologies, and evolving marketing strategies.
- Experience with Cisco and Microsoft technologies.
- Familiarity with planning, executing, and promoting events, webinars, or trade shows as part of campaigns
