The role / impact

As a Partner Development Representative, you will be the driving force behind our growth by generating and qualifying high-quality leads that fuel our sales pipeline. Your daily focus involves proactive outreach to accountants and bookkeepers, identifying their unique needs and demonstrating how our platform can revolutionise their workflows and empower the small business community.

By conducting deep research into potential partners and mastering our suite of features, you ensure that every conversation adds value. You will play a pivotal role in hitting monthly targets and managing the seamless handover of opportunities to our Account Executive team, directly contributing to the stronger economy we are building together.

The team / how they connect

You will join a focused sales development team that thrives on collaboration and shared success. Working closely with Account Executives and Partner Services, you will refine lead generation strategies and ensure our CRM data is impeccable to help the entire region win.

The team is currently working on / Initially, you will focus on

  • Partnering with our field and enterprise account management teams to accelerate scale by identifying high-value opportunities and navigating complex stakeholder maps within large organisations.

  • Generating demand through a multi-channel approach including outbound calls, social media, and attending industry events.

  • Qualifying leads and routing them strategically based on territory and partner segmentation.

  • Mastering the Salesforce CRM to track pipeline activity and optimise lead generation performance.

  • Developing a deep understanding of the Xero ecosystem through continuous training and update webinars.
