Partner Enablement Manager

Location: US (Remote)

Department: Field & Partner Enablement

Reports To: Head of Global Partner Enablement

About the Role

OutSystems is looking for a Senior Partner Enablement Specialist focused on commercial and sales enablement to join our newly consolidated Global Partner Enablement team.

In this role, you will be the architect of commercial readiness for our global partner ecosystem—including System Integrators (SIs), GSIs, and internal Partner Sales Managers (PSMs). You will bridge the gap between our go-to-market (GTM) strategy and partner sales execution, equipping partners with the playbooks, messaging, tech stack, and tools needed to drive partner-sourced ARR, improve co-selling efficiency, position our platform capabilities, and accelerate adoption of our agentic AI capabilities.

If you thrive in an enterprise SaaS environment, love translating complex platform value into high-converting sales motions, excel at managing end-to-end enablement initiatives, and bring a structured approach to change management and partner adoption, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities1. Commercial Enablement, Asset Creation & Live Delivery
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable commercial enablement programs, playbooks, battlecards, objection-handling guides, and deal-registration resources tailored for partner account executives and sellers.
  • Translate complex platform capabilities and agentic AI features into compelling value propositions, demo frameworks, and executive-facing sales messaging.
  • Deliver high-impact webinars, interactive bootcamps, and keynotes both virtually and at local/regional in-person events to drive partner engagement at scale.
2. End-to-End Program Leadership & Change Management
  • Lead key global partner enablement initiatives from concept to execution, taking full ownership of project scopes, roadmaps, milestones, and delivery deadlines.
  • Design and execute structured change management strategies to drive active adoption of new enablement playbooks, tools, and frameworks across internal teams and external partner organizations.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional workstreams across Product Marketing, Field Sales, Revenue Operations, and Partner Marketing to keep launches on schedule with high standards of execution.
3. PSM & Co-Sell Motion Alignment
  • Work closely with Partner Sales Managers (PSMs) and Field Sales to build standardized frameworks, joint account planning guides, and deal-clinic templates.
  • Enable internal PSM teams on best practices for partner management, pipeline acceleration, and structured co-selling motions.
4. Enablement Tech, Metrics & Executive Narratives
  • Leverage enablement systems and partner tools (LMS, PRM, sales content portals, CRM) to deliver seamless learning paths and ensure accurate tracking of partner certifications and engagement.
  • Establish core enablement KPIs (e.g., partner-sourced pipeline velocity, partner seller engagement, time-to-first-deal-registration) and translate operational data into compelling, high-level narratives for executive leadership.
  • Gather continuous feedback from field sales, PSMs, and partner leadership to continuously optimize enablement ROI and align programs with business targets.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience: 4–6+ years in B2B enterprise SaaS within Field/Partner Enablement, Sales Readiness, Channel Operations, or Partner Success in a high-growth environment.
  • Program Management & Change Rigor: Proven track record of managing multi-threaded, cross-functional programs and driving organizational adoption of new processes despite resistance or competing priorities.
  • Stage & Facilitation Presence: Exceptional public speaking and facilitation skills, with a proven track record of delivering engaging keynotes, webinars, and workshops both virtually and in person.
  • Domain & GTM Knowledge: Deep understanding of multi-tier channel models, co-selling motions, and working effectively with GSIs, Regional SIs, and VARs.
  • Enablement Tech & AI Mastery: Hands-on experience leveraging modern enablement technology (LMS, PRM, content portals) and generative AI tools to streamline workflows, accelerate content creation, and multiply team productivity.
  • Business Acumen & Executive Communication: Ability to think in terms of ROI, pipeline impact, and strategic advantage—translating complex operational data into concise, strategic updates for executive stakeholders.
