Drive Near Intents adoption through partner integrations, technical support, documentation, tutorials, SDKs, and reference implementations. Serve as the primary technical contact for developers and ecosystem partners, troubleshoot integration issues, engage communities across multiple channels, conduct workshops and AMAs, advocate for developer needs, and monitor adoption metrics. The role requires strong TypeScript and software development experience, preferably in Web3 or blockchain, with GCP and Kubernetes experience as a bonus.

They have created secure, decentralized liquidity layers via their Cross-Chain Automation technology that allows AI agents and smart contracts to interact seamlessly across various blockchain networks.
They are looking for a Partner Engineer (DevRel) to join the team and support development and further maintenance of Near Intents.
MISSIONS
You role will be to drive adoption, manage strategic partnerships, and engage with the developer ecosystem around NearIntents. This role blends hands-on engineering expertise with developer advocacy, requiring a deep technical understanding of the NEAR ecosystem and the ability to support developers across multiple channels.
You will be the Point of Contact (PoC) for integrations, ensuring developers and users can easily leverage Near Intents in their applications.
Integrations & Adoption
- Drive the adoption of Near Intents by working closely with partners and developers to integrate it into their applications.
- Work closely with developers to integrate Near Intents, solving technical challenges and optimizing implementations.
- Write high-quality technical documentation, tutorials, and example repositories; create technical resources (guides, tutorials, SDKs) to accelerate integrations.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues, providing direct engineering support to partners and ecosystem projects.
- Identify and address technical barriers, ensuring smooth implementation across various projects.
Developer Support & Advocacy
- Serve as the primary Point of Contact (PoC) for partners and users, answering technical inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
- Actively support and engage with developers across Telegram, GitHub, Twitter, and forums to provide real-time assistance.
- Advocate for developer needs internally, ensuring Near Intents evolves in alignment with community feedback.
Technical Expertise & Enablement
- Maintain a deep understanding of Near Intents and its underlying technology to effectively assist developers.
- Conduct workshops, AMAs, and office hours to educate and empower the community.
- Develop example use cases, reference implementations, and best practices to showcase the power of Near Intents.
Ecosystem Engagement & Growth
- Collaborate with ecosystem projects, tooling providers, and infrastructure teams to expand the reach of Near Intents.
- Build relationships with key developers, fostering a strong technical community around Near Intents.
- Monitor adoption metrics and provide insights to continuously improve developer experience.
Requirements
Mandatory skills :
- Hands-on engineer experience with a strong background in software development, preferably in Web3, blockchain, or smart contract development.
- Strong TypeScript knowledge and experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Comfortable supporting partners, developers and users across multiple channels, troubleshooting technical issues, and writing clear documentation.
- Passionate about building and nurturing developer ecosystems.
Bonus skills :
- DevOps experience (GCP, Kubernetes) is a plus. Familiarity with infrastructure setup is desirable.
Location / Timezones :
The role is 100% remote with the following preferences
- European timezones strongly preferred
- Timezones with overlap 6+ hours a day

- Salary : $120K-$140K base salary + tokens 2 years vesting / 1year cliff + 10% performance bonus
