We’ve grown rapidly to meet demand, writing 175,000+ landlord policies for investors nationwide. Now, we’re looking for a Partner Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale revenue-generating marketing programs across our partner ecosystem.

This role is not just about supporting partnerships — it’s about turning partners into a predictable, high-performing growth channel. You’ll own the marketing strategy, execution, and performance of partner-driven campaigns, with success measured in attributable leads, conversions, and revenue.

This role reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.

What You’ll Do

Partner Marketing Strategy & Growth Activation

  • Own the end-to-end marketing strategy for a portfolio of partners (lenders, proptech platforms, investor communities), with a focus on driving qualified lead flow and conversion.

  • Identify growth opportunities within existing partnerships and build structured plans to increase partner-sourced revenue.

  • Partner closely with Partnerships and Business Development to shape compelling value propositions, co-marketing strategies, and pitch narratives for prospective partners.

Partner Activation & Lifecycle Management

  • Help diagnose underperforming partners and design activation or re-engagement strategies to improve output and efficiency.

  • Educate partners on Steadily’s value proposition and ideal customer profiles to improve referral quality, not just volume.

  • Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for Partnerships and Business Development teams.

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns, including webinars, workshops, email programs, and content collaborations to drive pipeline.

  • Build and manage partner-specific campaigns across channels (email, social, video, content), ensuring they are co-branded, segmented, and performance-driven.

  • Create scalable playbooks and repeatable frameworks for partner campaigns.

Content & Co-Branded Asset Development

  • Develop high-performing co-branded content including guides, playbooks, case studies, social content, and video assets.

  • Work cross-functionally with Brand, Product, and Design to ensure assets are polished, persuasive, and aligned with Steadily’s voice and standards.

Performance Measurement & Optimization

  • Own KPIs tied to partner performance, including:

    • Leads generated

    • Conversion to quote and bind

    • Revenue per partner

  • Continuously test messaging, formats, channels, and campaign structures to improve performance and scalability.

  • Build reporting frameworks that clearly attribute performance and inform future investment decisions.

What You Bring
  • Experienced: 4–7+ years in partnership marketing, growth marketing, or B2B marketing, ideally in proptech, fintech, real estate, or SaaS ecosystems.

  • Revenue-oriented: Proven ability to drive measurable revenue outcomes from marketing programs — not just awareness.

  • Execution-focused: Comfortable owning strategy and execution — from building decks and writing copy to launching campaigns and analyzing results.

  • Relationship-driven: Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build trust with external partners.

  • Content & campaign savvy: Experience running webinars, creating co-branded campaigns, and developing multi-channel partner programs.

  • Analytical: Strong grasp of performance metrics, attribution, and optimization. Able to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Highly desirable: Experience in regulated industries (InsurTech, FinTech, Lending) or working closely with partner ecosystems.

Compensation
  • Base salary: $130K–$160K, depending on experience

  • Equity: Stock options in a fast-growing company

  • Time Off: 3 weeks PTO + 6 federal holidays

  • Insurance: Medical, dental, vision, life, disability, HSA, FSA

  • Retirement: 401(k)

  • Perks: Free snacks, team lunches, collaborative office culture

Location
  • Austin, Texas
