At Numeral, we're building the future of tax by bringing together AI agents, human expertise, and global compliance.

We’re the largest and fastest-growing AI-native tax solution. Today, we serve more than 3,500 global businesses, including companies like Supabase, Eight Sleep, and Graza. We’ve grown quickly across our core e-commerce and software segments, more than tripled our revenue every year, and expanded into new industries, including manufacturing, distribution, and wholesale.

Numeral has raised over $157M from Insight Partners, Salesforce Ventures, Benchmark, Mayfield, Y Combinator, and many others.

About the role:

Numeral is seeking a passionate, self-starting Partner Manager to drive the strategic development and expansion of our partner channel within our ERP ecosystem (i.e., Sage and Acumatica) and among the broader service providers in those ecosystems. Our ideal candidate is a natural relationship-builder — someone who genuinely loves networking, identifying new companies to bring into the fold, and turning an early conversation into a lasting, mutually beneficial partnership. You should be equally comfortable nurturing executive-level relationships, uncovering growth opportunities, and collaborating internally to drive revenue outcomes.

This role goes beyond managing what already exists. The Partner Manager will not only manage and grow our current strategic partnerships, but will proactively network and identify new partnership opportunities that generate qualified leads, referral opportunities, reseller agreements, white-label partnerships, and strategic alliances — always looking for the next provider in the ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of sales, business development, and relationship management, and rewards someone who is genuinely energized by building something new and aligning partners around a shared vision of mutual growth.

Success in this role will be measured by partner engagement, pipeline creation, sourced revenue, partner retention, and expansion of Numeral’s partner ecosystem. If you are a dynamic, creative, self-starting, and results-oriented partner leader who thrives on building and developing relationships from scratch, we’d love to hear from you!

What you'll do:

Partner Relationship Development

  • Proactively network and identify new companies within the ERP ecosystem, especially Acumatica and Sage, to bring into Numeral’s partner network, building relationships from the ground up

  • Design and deliver highly polished, executive-level presentations and demos to senior decision-makers focusing on strategic ROI and business transformation

  • Develop and own partner strategy, strategic account plans, and key executive relationships, including growth opportunities, action planning, and revenue forecasting

  • Drive partner enablement and training initiatives to ensure partners have the skills to effectively promote and sell Numeral solutions

  • Educate partners on the unique value of Numeral, showcasing how our platform supports their goals and enables their growth

  • Ensure partner stakeholders understand Numeral’s value proposition and how our technology fits into their overall GTM strategy and portfolio

  • Grow trust and influence with senior partner leadership, developing joint strategies, commitments, and execution plans that align both organizations around mutual growth

  • Increase partner engagement through enablement, training, co-selling initiatives, and ongoing relationship-building

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners on training, enablement, opportunity assistance, and lead generation

  • Work with partner teams to craft and promote mutually beneficial business models, solution offerings, and messaging that drive new opportunities in the market

What you'll bring:
  • 3–6+ years of related experience in channel sales, partner development, or alliance management, in a quota-carrying role, including 2+ years of experience working directly with accounting, Acumatica and Sage partner ecosystems, or financial technology

  • A genuine passion for building and developing relationships — you’re energized by networking, meeting new people, and turning a cold introduction into a trusted, lasting partnership

  • A self-starter mentality: comfortable identifying new companies and opportunities on your own initiative, without waiting to be told where to look next

  • Operational excellence — the ability to use data, systems, and processes effectively to plan, execute, and measure performance and initiatives, with a disciplined approach to pipeline generation and sales process

  • A track record of prospecting, qualifying, and closing new revenue-generating opportunities, with a specific focus on recurring revenue and platform-related initiatives

  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, listening, and critical-thinking skills, in both formal and informal settings

  • Strong knowledge of partner ecosystem structures (e.g., reseller, referral, co-sell models) and expertise in multi-tier channel models and alliance management within identified ecosystems

  • Tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to focus and execute in a changing environment, with an interdisciplinary approach and the drive to “get things done” in a cross-functional environment

Location:
  • This role is remote

What we offer:
  • Competitive salary and equity - you'll share directly in the company's success

  • Full medical, dental, and vision coverage

  • Wellness perks like Headspace and the Peloton One App

  • 401(k) to help you build long-term financial security

  • Lunch and snacks when you're in the office

  • Regular team offsites and company events as we grow

  • A culture built on ownership - your work matters and people will see it!
