Description

About the Role

Zenity's partner ecosystem is growing fast, and this role owns the opportunity to build our partner marketing function, working alongside the Alliances team that's already generating momentum and relationships ready to be turned into real programs.

You'll own & build partner marketing end to end: channel programs with VARs, co-marketing with hyperscalers (AWS, Microsoft, and others as they come into focus), and increasingly, marketing around technical integrations that deserve a real go-to-market story. You'll work closely with the Alliances team and coordinate with Product Marketing to translate integrations into a clear "why does a customer care."

This is a build-and-run seat. You'll take input from a team full of ideas and relationships, turn it into a program with a real plan behind it, run it yourself, and bring in others only when it actually calls for it.

About Zenity

Zenity is the leader in AI Agent Security and the first company to bring an agent-centric security platform to market. As enterprises accelerate AI agent adoption, we are establishing the security framework for how AI agents are secured and governed at enterprise scale. We deliver full-lifecycle visibility, governance, detection, prevention, and response for AI agents from build time to runtime, across SaaS, home-grown platforms, and end-user devices.

Backed by $180M+ in total funding, including a $125M Series C led by Norwest, with participation from SoftBank Vision Fund 2 and Microsoft's M12, Zenity is trusted by Fortune 500 and Global 2000 enterprises worldwide.

Join us in shaping how AI agents are secured at enterprise scale.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and run channel marketing programs with VAR/solution provider partners (education, enablement, co-selling — the "to, through, and with" spectrum, not just distribution)
  • Own co-marketing programs with hyperscaler partners (AWS, Microsoft, and others as relationships develop)
  • Design account-based partner campaigns, not one-off events — think multi-touch programs (enablement → account mapping → joint customer marketing → in-person activation), not a single lunch-and-learn
  • Work cross-functionally with Alliances and Product Marketing to give technical integrations real go-to-market support
  • Build creative, high-leverage co-marketing programs that work at startup scale, not just plays borrowed from bigger, better-funded competitors
  • Represent partner marketing needs directly with partner counterparts at AWS, Microsoft, and VAR/SI accounts, with autonomy to manage those relationships
Requirements
  • 6+ years in partner or channel marketing, ideally with at least one hyperscaler relationship under your belt (AWS or Microsoft preferred; if you've worked with one, you understand the game)
  • Real experience with VAR/solution provider partners — GSI or SI experience is a plus but secondary
  • A track record of building programs, not running checklists — you should be able to walk through a partner program you built end to end: who it was with, what the plan was, how it evolved, what it drove
  • Comfort being slightly technical — you don't need to write the integration blog yourself, but you need to understand enough to know it needs writing and who should write it
  • Startup experience strongly preferred — you'll be figuring out how to be creative with less budget than the AWS/Microsoft partner managers you're used to working with, competing for the same partner attention as much larger co-op spenders
  • Ability to operate with real autonomy — this team default is "you have their Slack and email, go build the relationship," not "run it by me first"

What Success Looks Like

  • You show up to a partner conversation with a multi-month program, not a list of activities for the quarter
  • The Alliances team hands you relationships and ideas, and you turn them into programs on your own
  • AWS/Microsoft co-marketing grows into programs with real, attributable pipeline
  • Technical integration announcements land with a full go-to-market story built around them
  • You're building relationships directly with partner counterparts and running point on them yourself
What We Look For At Zenity
  • Proven ability to build, not just maintain, systems, processes, or relationships
  • Comfort operating in evolving, fast-moving environments where the playbook is still being written
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes, not just activity
  • Experience in high-growth or venture-backed environments
  • Exposure to AI, security, or emerging technology ecosystems
Interview Process

Our interview process is designed to be transparent, conversational, and focused on real-world experience.

  • Recruiter/People Team Screen (30-45 minutes) – Introductory conversation focused on your background, partner ecosystem experience, and alignment with the role.
  • Hiring Manager Interview (45–60 minutes) – Deep dive into your strategic approach, ownership mindset, and ability to drive measurable partner marketing impact.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership Interviews (2 meetings, 45 minutes each) – Conversations with key stakeholders to assess cross-functional alignment, execution capability, and influence.
