About the Department

The Partner Marketing Team works to build and manage relationships with channel partners like resellers, system integrators & technology/alliance partners, all with the goal of promoting and selling Cloudflare's products and services together. This team is focused on creating and executing marketing programs that help partners effectively communicate Cloudflare's value to their audiences, drive customer acquisition, and ultimately boost revenue.
About the Role
As a Partner Marketing Intern, you will support the tracking and analysis of partner marketing campaigns across the Americas, ensuring that data is clear, actionable, and aligned with team goals. You'll provide valuable insights to improve tracking, reporting, and campaign performance. You will directly contribute to smarter decision-making, enhance campaign effectiveness, and help optimize lead conversion.
Responsibilities

  • Track the performance of Americas Partner Marketing campaigns, including events, digital ads (Relevize), webinars, and Partner Demand Center initiatives.
  • Ensure data is clear, actionable, and aligned with team goals, while suggesting improvements to enhance tracking and reporting for better usability and actionability.
  • Monitor the progress of partner marketing leads passed to Business Development Representatives (BDRs), focusing on key metrics like MQLs, lead-to-opportunity conversion, and pipeline velocity.
  • Capture BDR feedback on lead quality to identify areas for improvement and suggest refinements to optimize the lead-handling process.


Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business Administration preferred
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Tableau required.
  • Interest in B2B marketing for a technical buyer and audience. Basic understanding of cloud technology is a bonus.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Willingness to learn Marketo, Relevize and other demand gen tech stack tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor and evaluate marketing performance data.
  • Excellent written and stellar presentation skills.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn about industry standards, KPIs, and best practices.
