DNSFilter’s mission is to protect our customers and partners with products they love to use! We are revolutionizing network security by providing fast, accurate, and reliable threat protection and content filtering. We're a rapidly growing company dedicated to creating a safer internet for businesses and organizations worldwide. Leveraging AI-driven threat intelligence, DNSFilter empowers our customers to proactively block threats before they impact their networks. We foster a collaborative, innovative, and results-oriented culture where every team member contributes to our mission of making the internet safer.

As we continue our product-fueled growth by adding new features and broadening our solution to meet the needs of the global market, we are looking for a very hands-on Partner Marketing Manager to build and run demand across our full partner ecosystem — channel partners such as VARs, MSPs and MSSPs, distributors, OEM and technology alliance partners.

Reporting to the Director of Partner & Alliance Marketing, you will own partner marketing to, with, and through our partners —  the enablement that gets partners ready to sell, the joint campaigns and events that create pipeline alongside them, and the “campaign in a box” programs they run on our behalf. Our channel program is constantly improving and is still being built, so this is a builder role, not a maintenance role, and we are looking for someone with startup/scaleup environment experience who understands this and can do this! This role will touch many aspects of partner marketing — content, social, enablement, training, webinars, field and industry events, content syndication, newsletters, and reporting.

This is a full-time role; eligible and qualified candidates have worked successfully in a small to mid-sized fast-paced, hyper-growth, SaaS start-up or scale-up.
Preferred candidate locations:
Remote — Located in the United States (East Coast preferred)
Or
Hybrid — Located in the Greater Tampa Bay, Florida area

We recognize that people come with a wealth of experience and talent beyond just the technical requirements of a job. If you feel like this job is for you, please apply. We believe diversity of experience and skills, including transferable skills, combined with passion, is a key to innovation and excellence; therefore, we encourage people from all backgrounds to apply to our positions!

To qualify for this role, you have:

  • 5+ years in partner or channel marketing within B2B SaaS, with a demand generation focus — running campaigns to, with, and through partners from concept through pipeline
  • Hands-on experience with named partners across multiple categories — VARs, channel partners, MSPs, MSSPs, distributors, cloud, OEM, and/or technology alliance partners — with measurable results
  • Hands-on experience with event marketing; field events, industry events, webinars, logistics, and deadlines
  • Working knowledge of partner portals — how a program aligns to one, what is possible through it, and what it takes to keep it well managed
  • Experience building partner programs and administering MDF and SPIFF programs
  • Familiarity with a broad marketing skill set — content, social, enablement and training material, webinar assets, syndication, newsletters — with experience and comfort multitasking
  • Proficiency with project management tools, HubSpot, and Salesforce, and AI tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to influence partners without direct authority
  • Start-up or scale-up experience: you can manage a lot at once and figure out your own path to a solution
  • Ability to work hours overlapping with ET hours
  • Must be eligible to work in the region of hire without sponsorship from an employer now and/or in the future

Bonus points for:

  • Cybersecurity-specific Partner Marketing Experience
  • Experience standing up partner advisory boards, partner councils, or partner award programs
  • Experience running regionalized or partner-type-specialized marketing programs

In this role, you will:

  • Build partner training, enablement, and communications so partners are ready to go to market, co-sell, and integrate with us
  • Create, own, and track partner demand generation programs from concept through pipeline — content, structure, process, and reporting
  • Run joint and through-partner marketing end to end — field and industry events, webinars, content syndication, newsletters, and “campaign in a box” programs partners execute on our behalf
  • Own our partner portal: align the program to it and keep it fueled with fresh content, assets, co-sell training, and demand gen offers
  • Own each program’s budget, mechanics, and repeatability, and report results to marketing leadership and partner stakeholders
  • Stand up and run a partner advisory board and an MSP council
  • Stay in regular contact with your partners and bring new program ideas forward rather than waiting for direction
  • Represent DNSFilter on site at partner and industry events, traveling ~30% of the year, and partner closely with Marketing and Sales teams

We Offer:

  • Pathway to promotion to additional organizational positions and responsibilities based upon results and performance, not just time in the chair.  You help us grow, and we will help you grow.
  • Passionate and intelligent colleagues who work hard and have a good time doing it
  • Paid company-wide week off at the end of each year
  • Flexible Vacation Policy
  • Awesome company swag
  • Full medical, dental, and vision benefits for US, UK, and Canada-based employees
  • Full short-term disability and life benefits; available long-term disability
  • Retirement savings account options with vested company matching for qualifying employees
  • In-person annual gatherings. Last time we all spent a week on a beach in the Dominican Republic!
