What You'll Be Doing:

We’re seeking a strategic, execution driven Partner Marketing Manager to lead partner led marketing initiatives that accelerate go to market success and revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of partner enablement, MDF funded campaign execution, and cross ecosystem marketing orchestration.


You will serve as a trusted advisor to partners—shaping go to market strategies, activating MDF investments, executing high impact campaigns, and enabling partners to market more effectively through internal platforms and external agency ecosystems.



Responsibilities:

  • Lead partner led marketing and go to market development by helping partners design, execute, and optimize GTM strategies aligned to shared business objectives.
  • Own campaign execution from end to end, including demand generation, integrated digital programs, and coordinated partner marketing motions.
  • Manage Marketing Development Funds (MDF) across assigned partners—guiding planning, approvals, agency engagement, execution, and performance measurement to maximize ROI.
  • Enable partners to execute effectively by translating strategy into clear marketing plans, campaign playbooks, briefs, and enablement materials.
  • Activate and manage vendor and agency ecosystems, partnering with third party agencies to deliver MDF funded campaigns at scale.
  • Serve as the day to day marketing advisor for partners, leading weekly check ins, GTM planning discussions, and performance reviews.
  • Drive performance reporting and optimization, partnering with clients and internal teams to track results, analyze outcomes, and refine marketing strategies.
  • Support partner adoption of marketing platforms and tools, delivering training, best practices, and operational guidance to improve execution quality and speed.



What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of hands on marketing experience, with a strong focus on partner led marketing, demand generation, or campaign execution.
  • Demonstrated experience managing MDF programs, including planning, execution with agencies or vendors, and ROI measurement.
  • Partner Marketing experience building and executing go to market strategies with partners or third party ecosystems.
  • Background in B2B, technology, or agency environments preferred.
  • Strong analytical and performance driven mindset, with comfort translating data into insights and optimizations.
  • Excellent communicator who can confidently influence partners, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and execution oriented, with the ability to manage multiple partners, campaigns, and timelines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Given the regional focus of this role, experience partnering with organizations across Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ) is preferred. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success collaborating with partners or clients in a geographically diverse, cross-cultural environment.


Work Schedule

This role is designed to support partners across the Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ) region.

  • Monday - Thursday: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM ET
  • Friday: Flexible schedule aligned to Pacific Time (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PT, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM MT, or 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM CT)
  • Opportunity for occasional schedule adjustments to support partner and team needs.
  • Candidates must reside in states that align well with Pacific or Mountain Time Zone working hours.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 USD per year
