Position Location: Austin, TX | San Francisco, CA
About the Role:
Cloudflare's Marketing team is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to drive partner initiatives and campaigns across the Americas. You'll work closely with partners and internal teams to develop marketing programs that increase pipeline and revenue. This role requires expertise in partner lead flow, attribution tracking, and campaign execution in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
  • Develop and execute the Americas Partner Marketing Plan, collaborating with internal and partner teams.
  • Plan and manage co-marketing campaigns, events, and digital initiatives to drive partner engagement.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using Salesforce and other tools.
  • Advocate for partner marketing needs, securing internal resources and alignment with global programs.
  • Manage partner incentives, budgets, and MDF funds to maximize impact.
  • Work closely with Partner Account Managers (PAMs), Field Marketers and others cross-functionally to drive optimal program design, execution, & results

Key Qualifications & Skills:
  • 8-10 years of partner marketing experience in the Americas region.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications, MBA a plus.
  • Proven success in partner-led campaigns and events that drive revenue growth.
  • Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce and marketing tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Prior experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or networking is a plus.

Compensation
Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.
  • For Bay Area-based hires: Estimated annual salary of $172,000 - $210,000
Equity
This role is eligible to participate in Cloudflare's equity plan.
