About the Job:
The Partner Marketing Manager will own the strategy, planning, and execution of joint marketing initiatives with Cyderes’ strategic channel partners. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, partnerships, and sales, ensuring that partner relationships translate into measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
This individual will work directly with marketing and alliance leaders at key partner organizations, as well as with Cyderes internal channel, sales, and marketing teams to drive impactful joint marketing programs.
The ideal candidate understands the partner and channel ecosystem, is comfortable working cross-functionally across organizations, and is able to make data-driven decisions while managing multiple partner initiatives simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Partner Marketing Strategy
- Develop and maintain joint marketing plans with strategic partners aligned to shared pipeline and revenue goals
- Identify opportunities to increase visibility, pipeline generation, and market presence through partner marketing initiatives
- Align marketing efforts with partner go to market strategies and sales priorities
- Maintain clear reporting on partner marketing activity, pipeline contribution, and program effectiveness
- Campaigns and Demand Generation
- Plan and execute joint marketing campaigns including webinars, content syndication, digital campaigns, and thought leadership initiatives
- Collaborate with growth marketing and content teams to develop co-branded assets and messaging
- Ensure partner campaigns align with Cyderes’ oQualiverall marketing strategy and revenue goals
- Partner Events and Field Marketing
- Manage partner participation in industry conferences, partner summits, executive dinners, and field marketing activities
- Coordinate joint event planning with partners and internal teams to maximize pipeline generation and relationship building
- Track and report on event performance including meetings, leads, and pipeline impact
- MDF and Partner Programs
- Manage Market Development Funds (MDF) with strategic partners including program planning, submission, and reporting
- Ensure MDF investments align with measurable marketing outcomes and partner objectives
- Track utilization and ROI of partner funded marketing programs
- Cross Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the Channel and Alliances team to support partner priorities and joint growth opportunities
- Partner with sales to coordinate account targeting and meeting generation through partner programs
- Collaborate with marketing operations to ensure accurate tracking of partner campaigns and pipeline
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, partner marketing, or alliance marketing
- Experience required working in cybersecurity with technology partners, channel ecosystems, or partner led go to market strategies
- Proven ability to manage joint campaigns, partner programs, and events
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work cross functionally across marketing, sales, and partnerships
- Experience managing MDF programs and partner marketing budgets preferred
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce
