Own the global partner marketing strategy for ReversingLabs, developing joint campaigns, co-branded assets, demand-generation programs, and partner enablement across global regions. Manage MDF and co-op funding, measure partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, and report program returns. Collaborate with field marketing, sales, alliances, technology partners, hyperscalers, and distributors to build scalable campaigns and strengthen partner revenue contribution.

Why This Role, Why Now

An increasing share of the buying decision now runs through partners: solution providers, MSSPs, distributors, technology alliances, and the hyperscaler marketplaces. ReversingLabs has the platform and the category position, but not yet a single global framework for how we market to, with, and through the ecosystem that sells it. This role builds that framework and turns it into pipeline.

Is This You?

You are a channel marketer who thinks like an investor: every dollar of partner funding has a return attached, and you can show it. You have built partner motions where none existed, and you would rather write the playbook than inherit one.

Within a year, your programs are the reason partners put their budget, their sellers, and their services practices behind ReversingLabs instead of the vendor next to us on the shelf.

What You’ll Own

  • Own global partner marketing strategy, campaign architecture, and partner-facing brand programs in support of the company's pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Build and run scalable partner demand generation programs, in collaboration with field and growth marketing, to drive pipeline, awareness, and engagement in support of partner sales growth, market share expansion, and regional pipeline targets.
  • Define quarterly joint marketing and enablement strategies, objectives, and measures of success with a select group of strategic global partners across the Americas, EMEA, and APJ.
  • Work hand-in-hand with partners' marketing teams to build joint go-to-market programs and see them through to launch: podcasts, news and PR, digital campaigns, webinars, co-authored content, and joint event presence.
  • Develop the campaign-in-a-box model — modular partner campaigns, co-branded assets, and messaging kits that regional teams and partners can localize and deploy without rebuilding from scratch.
  • Build joint value propositions, integration launch plans, and co-marketing motions with strategic technology partners, hyperscalers, and OEM alliances that reach shared customers.
  • Act as investor relations for the partner ecosystem: own global market development funds (MDF) strategy end to end, tie every dollar to measurable outcomes, report returns back to partners and internal leadership, and use that track record to grow the MDF and co-op allocation partners direct toward ReversingLabs.
  • Set global partner marketing targets and contribution goals, define the metrics, analyze performance, and own accountability for hitting the number — working across product marketing, sales enablement, demand generation, field marketing, channel sales, and alliance leadership to get there.
  • Other duties as assigned
What Success Looks Like in Year One
  • First 90 days: a global partner marketing plan with named priority partners, a quarterly joint planning cadence in place, and the first campaign-in-a-box built and handed to regional teams.
  • Measurable partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline against an agreed target, with cost per opportunity and return on program spend tracked program by program.
  • Trusted working relationships with field marketing, channel sales, and alliance leaders in all three theaters, and executive-level credibility with the marketing leaders at our top strategic partners.
  • MDF and co-op strategy operating end to end — allocation, execution, and returns reported back to partners and leadership each quarter — and a track record strong enough to grow the funds partners direct toward ReversingLabs.

What We're Looking For

Here's what actually matters:Must Haves

Substantial partner or channel marketing experience with high-technology companies, working across solution providers, distribution, MSSP/service partners, and technology alliances.

  • Expert understanding of how to drive business and marketing with and through the partner community, with a proven track record of results.
  • 6-8 years of experience marketing across regions, with a working understanding of the cultural and go-to-market differences between the Americas, EMEA, and APJ.
  • Breadth across marketing disciplines — field, digital, content, and events — with experience managing programs and budgets aligned to marketing and sales goals as an individual contributor.
  • Exceptional project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills, plus excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; a self-starter who runs multiple projects on tight deadlines across time zones.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a relevant field; fluency in English; willing to travel up to 25%, including international travel.
  • AI-Forward Mindset: You embrace AI and emerging technologies as part of how you work, using them to improve efficiency, solve problems, and deliver better results. You’re curious, open to new ways of working, and willing to experiment, learn, and help others adopt tools and approaches that make us more effective.
Nice to Haves
  • You have built a partner marketing function or motion from the ground up, not just executed inside one that already existed.
  • You have marketed a category the buyer didn't know they needed yet, and can point to how partner storytelling moved that market.
  • You have credibility with partner executives — the person their CMO or practice leader will take a meeting with, and who can make the business case for betting budget and headcount on your solution over the other vendors competing for the same shelf space.
  • You have shifted a channel's economics: moved partners from transactional resell toward services, managed offerings, or embedded and OEM motions, and rebuilt the marketing to match.
  • You can defend your numbers — you think in partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, cost per opportunity, and return on program spend rather than activity counts.
  • You understand how regulation and compliance pressure creates channel opportunity, and have built partner plays on the back of it.
  • Additional language skills beyond English.
