Employing powerful, pragmatic artificial intelligence as a legal force multiplier, and robust integration capabilities as a data liberator, organizations around the world trust Agiloft’s certified implementers to deliver connected, intelligent, and autonomous solutions across the entire contract lifecycle.

Top analysts like Gartner, Forrester, and IDC agree, all showing Agiloft as a leader in the CLM space. Our no code platform is easily managed and administered by business users, which is why Agiloft is the contract you keep: nearly a full 100% of new customers are satisfied with their initial implementations, and some 97% of customers renew every year. Ours is a growing, vibrant, successful company that is at the forefront of a market that is becoming a must-have for all organizations.

We believe that the way to build the strongest, most vibrant place to work is to bring in individuals from all walks of life, and to support them in bringing their authentic selves to their day, every day. We support multiple Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and offer a working environment that supports healthy work/life balance, including floating holidays and a quarterly, no-questions-asked wellness day.

Position Overview

The Partner Operations Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and program coordination within Agiloft’s global partnership ecosystem.

The Partner Operations Analyst (AI & Automation) plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and program coordination across Agiloft’s global partner ecosystem—with a core mandate to design, build, and continuously improve AI-powered tools and automations that scale partner programs. This role blends data-driven operational management with hands-on development of AI-enabled workflows (e.g., LLM-assisted analysis, automated reporting, partner insights, intelligent routing, and self-serve enablement).

In addition, the Analyst will assist with programs execution ensuring partner programs, GTM initiatives, joint events, and joint webinars are efficiently planned, executed, and measured for impact.

You will act as the connective tissue between Alliances, Marketing, Sales, Enablement, and Finance—ensuring partnership initiatives are aligned, measurable, and increasingly executed through repeatable AI-assisted systems rather than manual effort.

Job Responsibilities

  • AI Tooling, Automation & Operational Intelligence (Core)
  • Build and maintain AI-powered tools that improve partner operations—such as automated partner health scoring, AI-generated QBR packs, intelligent task routing, deal/lead triage, and partner portfolio insights.
  • Own the AI enablement roadmap for Partner Ops: identify repetitive workflows, define requirements, prototype solutions, and drive adoption.
  • Implement LLM-assisted reporting and analytics (e.g., automated narrative insights from dashboards, anomaly detection on pipeline/program performance, and “what changed” summaries for leadership).
  • Design and maintain prompting standards, evaluation methods, and quality controls (accuracy checks, human-in-the-loop review, guardrails for sensitive data) so AI outputs are reliable and repeatable.
  • Partner with RevOps/IT/Systems to integrate AI tooling into CRM/CLM/marketing systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Agiloft), including basic API-based automations where appropriate.
  • Partner Operations & Program Management
  • Lead operational management of Agiloft’s partner programs (onboarding, enablement, certification, co-selling), and embed AI into each stage to increase partner self-service and reduce cycle time.
  • Maintain accurate partner data across systems; develop AI-assisted validation and enrichment to reduce duplicate records, missing fields, and attribution issues.
  • Oversee deal registration, pipeline tracking, and performance reporting; evolve this into automated performance insights and proactive alerts aligned to revenue goals.
  • Drive process optimization to streamline contracting, enablement, and campaign execution workflows—leveraging automation and AI tooling as a default approach.
  • Partner Program & Event Coordination (AI Accelerated Execution)
  • Coordinate joint marketing initiatives (webinars, digital campaigns, co-branded content) and deploy AI tooling to accelerate planning, asset creation workflows, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Coordinate event logistics while building reusable “event ops” automations (timelines, task generation, vendor follow-ups, speaker/SME coordination, content readiness tracking).
  • Track and manage program budgets, timelines, and deliverables related to partner and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Webinar & Lead Management (Smart Routing & Insight)
  • Facilitate partner and customer-facing webinars end-to-end; introduce AI support for agenda creation, rehearsal readiness, FAQ generation, and post-webinar summaries.
  • Ensure leads are captured, routed, and followed up promptly; enhance routing with AI-assisted segmentation, intent signals, and follow-up recommendations.
  • Maintain a library of webinar/event assets and add AI-friendly structure (tagging, metadata, summaries) so partners can quickly find and reuse content.
  • Analytics, Reporting & Process Optimization
  • Build and maintain dashboards tracking partner performance, ROI, attendance, and pipeline contribution; add AI-generated executive readouts and automated insight distribution.
  • Recommend and implement workflow enhancements that improve operational efficiency and partner experience—with measurable targets (cycle-time reduction, improved attribution, increased partner engagement).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Customer Success to ensure smooth execution of co-selling and partner campaigns; translate stakeholder needs into AI-enabled processes and tools.
  • Support QBRs and internal reporting, including automated QBR pack generation (slides/doc templates, KPI narratives, action plans) and partner-specific insights.
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in partner operations/programs/marketing or channel ops (B2B SaaS / enterprise software preferred).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with CRM/marketing ops experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Demonstrated experience building automations or internal tools to improve operational workflows (examples: workflow automation, reporting automation, lead routing, data QA, dashboarding).
  • Practical experience using modern AI tools in a business operations context (e.g., LLM-based analysis/summarization, prompt iteration, AI-assisted reporting) and comfort operating with quality controls.
  • Proven ability to manage webinars/events across regions and time zones.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills; able to balance multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data visualization/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with CLM or workflow automation platforms (Agiloft experience a plus).
  • Familiarity with contract management / procurement or enterprise partnership ecosystems.
  • Basic technical fluency (SQL or spreadsheet modeling; comfort with APIs/no-code automation tools; ability to translate requirements to technical partners).
  • Strong writing/editing skills for program collateral and partner communications.
