Partner Operations Manager at Realtor.com®

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Partner Operations Manager to join our ListHub team. This role is the operational backbone of our publisher relationships, ensuring partners are successfully onboarded, remain compliant, and are billed accurately. The ideal candidate will be a master of cross-functional collaboration, serving as a key liaison between our Partner Success, Engineering, and Finance teams. This position is critical to maintaining the health of our partner ecosystem, driving operational efficiency, and supporting the overall success of our publisher network. 

What you’ll do:

Compliance:

  • Monitor and report on publisher adherence to our display and metrics requirements to ensure brand integrity and data accuracy.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer care escalations related to display compliance, verifying issues and coordinating with Partner Success Managers (PSMs) for partner outreach.
  • Detects partner metric outages, collaborate with engineering for rapid troubleshooting, and delegate outreach to PSMs.
  • Supervise the breach and termination process for publishers who fail to comply with our standards.

Implementation:

  • Develop and execute detailed project plans for the successful and timely implementation of new and existing systems, products, or services for our partners.
  • Serve as the primary internal technical contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations throughout the partner implementation lifecycle.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure projects stay on schedule and that the average time to launch is within 45 days.
  • Create, develop, and update all partner-facing implementation materials to ensure they reflect the most current and relevant information.

Billing and Collections:

  • Proactively track past-due invoices and manage the accounts receivable pipeline for our publisher network.
  • Coordinate with Partner Success Managers to escalate collection efforts and conduct final outreach to publishers with outstanding balances.
  • Oversee the formal breach and termination process for publishers with unpaid invoices.

Reporting:

  • Maintain and distribute up-to-date reports for key business metrics, including publisher sales, retention, terminations, and billing pipelines.
  • Generate and customize Salesforce publisher reports to support the data needs of the Partner Success Managers. 

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an operations, project management, or partner management role, preferably in a tech or digital media environment.
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and reporting.
  • Experience with Project Management Software (Asana preferred).
  • SQL experience is a plus.
  • Jira experience is a plus.
  • Proven project management skills: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute project plans, manage timelines, and mitigate risks.
  • Strong technical aptitude: Comfortable serving as a technical liaison and discussing systems, products, and services with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively across multiple departments and with external partners.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized: Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
  • Problem-solving mindset: Proactive in identifying issues and developing effective solutions.
