  • Drive GTM Strategy: Operationalize Global GTM strategies at the field level, ensuring Rescale is top-of-mind for CSP account managers and solution architects.

  • Pipeline Generation: Attain quarterly and annual targets for partner-referred pipeline (specifically focusing on Sales Stage 1 attainment sourced through field GTM activities).

  • Enablement & Evangelism: Educate CSP partner teams on Rescale’s value proposition, use cases, and differentiation to ensure they can effectively spot opportunities and introduce Rescale to their customers.

  • Field Alignment: Act as the bridge between Rescale’s Field Sales team and CSP partner teams, facilitating introductions, mapping accounts, and ensuring alignment on key strategic deals.

  • Operational Excellence: Maintain rigorous discipline around pipeline tracking, deal registration, and forecast accuracy within both Rescale’s and the partners' systems.

What Will Make You Successful:

  • Hustle: You are excited about getting out into the field, networking with partner sellers, and hunting for the next joint opportunity.

  • Relationship Building: Ability to build strong, trusted relationships with partner AEs, identifying their motivations and helping them retire their quotas through Rescale.

  • Grit: Ability to navigate large partner ecosystems, overcome administrative friction, and persist until you drive results.

  • Ownership: You take full accountability for your partner pipeline numbers and the health of the relationship in your territory.

  • Team Player: You work seamlessly with Rescale Account Executives, ensuring that partner activities support their account strategies.

Key Qualifications Include:

  • Experience: Ideal candidates will possess 5+ years in partner management, business development, or sales, with a specific focus on Cloud Service Providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc).

  • Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and how to effectively leverage partners to originate and accelerate deals.

  • Co-Sell Programs: Proven track record of navigating CSP co-sell portals (e.g., ACE, Partner Center) for deal registration and deal funding execution.

  • Communication: Advanced presentation and communication skills; able to articulate technical and business value to both partners and end-customers.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to track metrics, analyze pipeline health, and report on GTM effectiveness.

  • Tools: Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce), AI and automation tools to maximize your effectiveness and efficiency.
