Partner Sales Manager — Southern California / Arizona
Location: Remote — must reside in Southern California or Arizona
Role Overview
Nasuni is looking for a Partner Sales Manager to drive Enterprise and Commercial revenue across Southern California and Arizona through our partner ecosystem.
This is a quota-carrying, individual-contributor sales role working hand in hand with Nasuni’s field sellers. You will understand the territory, active pipeline, key prospects and customers, and the partner landscape—including national and regional VARs, cloud hyperscalers, systems integrators, and consultants—and use the right partners to create, expand, validate, and accelerate opportunities.
This role is for an experienced partner seller who enjoys being directly involved in deals with customers, partners, and field sales teams. It is a hunter role, not primarily a partner-program or partner-administration role.
Level & Scope
You will independently own partner-sales execution across your assigned market while collaborating closely with Enterprise and Commercial sellers, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, Alliances, and Customer Success. You will determine where partner influence can create the greatest impact, prioritize relationships and opportunities, and execute regional business plans against revenue goals.
What You’ll Do
- Drive net-new and expansion Enterprise and Commercial sales as a field-sales-aligned overlay.
- Work hand in hand with Nasuni sellers to develop and win opportunities across the territory.
- Maintain a deep understanding of priority prospects, customers, active pipeline, and the regional partner landscape.
- Identify and activate the right VAR, cloud, SI, or consulting partner for each opportunity.
- Leverage partners to expand opportunity size, validate Nasuni’s value, and accelerate deal progression and close.
- Develop and execute regional partner business and sales plans that create measurable pipeline and revenue.
- Recruit and develop productive relationships with national and regional partners where additional market coverage is needed.
- Build strong executive-level relationships with strategic partners and connect those relationships to customer opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed assigned Enterprise and Commercial revenue goals.
- Use AI-enabled sales tools to improve partner/account research, preparation, and prioritization while validating outputs before they influence customer or business decisions.
- Travel to partner, customer, and industry meetings as required.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software GTM.
- 5+ years selling to and through national or regional VARs, resellers, or channel partners.
- Experience carrying a quota or direct revenue target for Enterprise or Commercial business.
- Proven experience working simultaneously with partners and customers to create and progress revenue opportunities.
- Experience co-selling with at least one major cloud provider such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong pipeline, territory-planning, relationship-building, and deal-execution discipline.
- Practical use of AI-enabled tools in sales workflows with appropriate validation and judgment.
- Residence in Southern California or Arizona.
Preferred
- Experience working across two or more hyperscaler ecosystems.
- Existing relationships with VARs, SIs, or cloud partners in Southern California or Arizona.
- Experience selling enterprise cloud, infrastructure, data-management, security, or storage solutions.
- Experience operating in a high-growth SaaS or software company.
Ideal
- A repeated track record of generating measurable partner-influenced pipeline and revenue.
- Experience selecting and activating different partner types based on the customer, opportunity, and deal stage.
- Strong executive relationships across both partner and customer organizations.
Experience Guidelines
Typically 5–9+ years of relevant GTM experience, including at least 5 years in partner/channel sales. Demonstrated ownership, complexity, and revenue impact are more important than tenure alone.
