Stellic is growing! We're looking for a Partner Strategy Lead to drive the long-term success and growth of our university partners. This is a high-impact, strategic role where you'll work directly with senior leaders at partner institutions — building relationships, leading initiatives, and ensuring every partner realizes maximum value from Stellic. Your impact will be measured by what matters most: initiative outcomes, partner satisfaction, retention, and revenue expansion.

ABOUT US

We're building a future where every student can move through their education with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Our platform transforms the student experience, giving them then tools they need to make the right decisions about their degree plans, track their journey, and build an education and career path that's truly their own.

Stellic is a fast-growing startup backed by leading social impact investors, partnering with top institutions like Cornell, Columbia, UVA, and Ohio State to support over 1 million students across 7 countries. As we scale to serve more universities worldwide, we remain deeply committed to this mission, driven by our values, and committed to building a high-performance team that's here to make a lasting difference on both students' lives and higher education.

ABOUT YOU

You're a trusted advisor who earns credibility with senior leaders quickly and translates their priorities into concrete plans. You're equally comfortable in a boardroom presenting a business review and in the weeds tracking initiative progress across a complex institution. You thrive in ambiguous, slow-moving environments — not because they're easy, but because you know how to navigate them and move things forward anyway.

AS OUR PARTNER STRATEGY LEAD, YOU WILL OWN
  • Relationship Ownership: Serve as the strategic point of contact for senior university leaders — understanding their priorities, earning their trust, and translating their goals into a roadmap of initiatives Stellic can deliver against.

  • Strategic Planning: Co-develop multi-year success plans with partner institutions that align Stellic's platform capabilities to their student success goals and institutional challenges.

  • Initiative Leadership: Lead a portfolio of 1–3 concurrent Stellic initiatives per partner — defining scope, success metrics, and executive alignment, while maintaining strategic oversight and accountability for outcomes.

  • Value Realization: Own partner retention and success goals, including high product adoption and platform utilization. Ensure NPS is at or trending to our goal of 70, and identify upsell opportunities that deepen each partner's Stellic strategy.

  • Renewal & Expansion: Drive renewals as a result of value delivered, and develop expansion opportunities based on execution of the strategic plan.

  • Thought Partnership: Act as the strategic voice of the customer for internal teams across product, marketing, and sales — surfacing insights that improve Stellic's product and partnership experience.

  • Product Fluency: Develop working knowledge of Stellic's platform — including integrations, data flows, and product capabilities — so you can connect a partner's specific pain point to a concrete Stellic solution without always needing to escalate.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL, YOU SHOULD HAVE
  • 2+ years in education technology

  • 3–6 years in management consulting, strategy, or engagement management at a technology or systems integration firm, leading critical client engagements

  • Proven executive presence — you engage senior stakeholders with confidence, facilitate strategic conversations, and earn trust at the leadership level

  • Initiative and project fluency — you can scope, structure, and track a complex program to deliver outcomes, not just tasks

  • Experience managing a large portfolio of accounts (15–25+ concurrently) with strong prioritization across competing priorities

  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and bureaucracy — you work effectively in slow-moving institutions with complex political dynamics

  • Strong analytical instincts to identify adoption drivers, build compelling ROI narratives, and present data to non-technical executives

  • Experience leading commercial conversations, including renewals and upsells

  • Genuine passion for higher education and student success — this is what fuels your ownership and keeps you engaged when the work gets hard

  • A startup mentality — collaborative, proactive, scrappy, and tenacious, with a relentless focus on outcomes

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or prior higher education experience a plus

  • Comfort with domestic and occasional international travel

  • A natural fit for "My Heart is in the Work" — Stellic's values feel natural, not aspirational

WHY YOU'LL LOVE WORKING AT STELLIC
  • Shape the future of higher education at a company leading the transformation of student success.

  • Work alongside an ambitious, mission-driven leadership team building something meaningful.

  • Own a piece of the journey with competitive salary, meaningful equity and a culture of excellence, speed and ownership.

  • Thrive in a flexible, outcome-driven culture built on trust and autonomy.

  • Exceptional benefits, including health insurance with Stellic covering 99% of your premium and 75% for dependents.

  • 401(k), commuter benefits, and annual international retreats in incredible locations.
