Equifax is where you can power your possible. If you want to achieve your true potential, chart new paths, develop new skills, collaborate with bright minds,  and make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you.

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Partner Success Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a dedicated book of business composed of strategic partners. Operating within both enterprise voluntary benefits or B2B2C frameworks, you will act as a trusted advisor to our partners, ensuring they are fully equipped to drive the sales and adoption of our products to the end consumer.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of channel ecosystems—specifically affiliate, reseller, and referral partnerships—and a proven track record of managing product demos, delivering impactful training, driving pipeline growth, and securing high retention and renewal rates. Experience in the identity theft protection space or with consumer-facing software products is highly desirable.

What You'll Do:

High-Stakes Commercial & Launch Readiness

  • Own the operational readiness strategy for incoming major accounts, aligning Marketing, Product, and Sales Operations teams. Align with partner executives to ensure programmatic health, robust joint business plans, coordinated go-to-market and secure long-term commitment.

  • Establish immediate operational ownership over newly signed enterprise partnerships (to eliminate the delays or disappointment in the crucial post-signature period) to ensure timely Revenue Starts and ACV attainment

  • Manage complex commercial conversations with partners as sales motions evolve with our joint go-to-market, and we manage crawl-walk-run phases

ACV maximization

  • Collaboratively manage partner sales pipelines. Work alongside partners to identify new opportunities, develop successful sales strategies, and optimize conversion tactics to increase overall win rates.

  • Partner closely with Business Development (BD),  IDW Product Management and EWS more broadly to map out expansion roadmaps, systematically identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell new features and products into established partner portfolios.

  • Nurture and grow existing products to different parts of the partner organizations to expand single-point relationships into multi-channel ecosystems that solve for the partner's evolving business needs.

Strategic Governance & Executive Alignment

  • Define, schedule, and lead recurring Joint Steering Committees and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with partners and key internal stakeholders.

  • Serve as the contact for Finance to monitor ACV ramp, build forecasts and communicate overall pipeline health.

  • Identify and facilitate multi-tiered relationships between EFX’s executives and the partners’ C-suite, including joint meetings and networking opportunities.

Sales Enablement Playbook Development & Evolution

  • Spearhead the creation, roll-out, and continuous evolution of channel-specific sales playbooks, competitive battlecards, and go-to-market (GTM) toolkits.

  • Ensure partner sales forces are equipped with the exact conversion tactics needed to drive immediate end-consumer adoption and velocity.

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to ensure appropriate sharing of marketing materials, collateral, thought leadership and joint outreach to prospects.

What Experience You Need:
  • 5+ years of experience in Partner Success, Account Management, or Channel Sales, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

  • Prior experience working with B2B2C or Voluntary Benefit business models for enterprise-sized employers is essential.

  • Experience in identity theft protection, cybersecurity, privacy, or consumer-facing digital products is a significant plus.

  • Deep understanding of and hands-on experience managing affiliate, reseller, and referral partnership frameworks.

  • Proven ability to deliver compelling product demos and technical presentations to both executive stakeholders and frontline sales teams.

  • Strong understanding of sales cycles, pipeline development, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and forecasting.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills, with a proven ability to secure renewals and handle difficult commercial conversations.
