Role Summary

The Partner Success Specialist – Microsoft 365 Copilot drives Microsoft 365 Copilot trial adoption across ASEAN by engaging CSP partners and resellers, enabling customer trial activation, accelerating adoption, and supporting trial-to-paid conversion. This role combines partner enablement, pipeline management, and customer success to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Activation & Enablement

  • Engage CSP partners and resellers through 1: many and 1:1 session and email.
  • Deliver enablement on Copilot trial offers, activation processes, and customer qualification.
  • Coach partners on identifying customer opportunities and driving trial adoption.

Trial Activation & Adoption

  • Support partners with customer qualification, trial setup, and activation.
  • Monitor trial progress and help resolve activation or adoption blockers.
  • Drive customer engagement and support trial-to-paid conversion planning.

Pipeline & Operations

  • Manage reseller and customer pipelines from outreach through conversion.
  • Maintain CRM/tracker accuracy and activation evidence.
  • Monitor KPI performance, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed.

Reporting & Insights

  • Track outreach, activations, adoption, and conversion metrics.
  • Provide regular performance updates and actionable insights.
  • Support business reviews and continuous process improvement.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with Microsoft teams, distributors, and resellers to ensure successful program execution.
  • Coordinate technical and operational escalations when required.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in partner development, inside sales, customer success, channel management, or program operations.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing pipelines and outbound engagement activities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft partners, CSP, or cloud solutions.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Copilot, and subscription services.
  • Experience supporting trials, adoption programs, or customer success initiatives.
  • Additional ASEAN language skills are an advantage.
